Don’t cancel medical aid during the pandemic!
We understand this is a difficult period for businesses and individuals financially.
However, we strongly advise members NOT to cancel their medical scheme cover during this time.
Avoid landing up in a government hospital, where hygiene will not be as controlled as in a private hospital or facility.
It’s also very important to know that if you cancel your current membership and reapply at a later stage, the medical scheme you join will be allowed to impose waiting periods, exclusions and late joiner penalties.

IFC’s operating hours
IFC has taken the necessary precautions in order to maintain service levels.
We will be available during office hours (Monday to Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm, and Fridays, 8 am to 4 pm) via email, with limited access to calls.
